renault clio toxic fume warning light car wont start

Hey all. The toxic fume filter warning lights (looks like a tap to some) illuminates when the ignition is activated and extinguishes shortly after. I've had no symptoms or issues to look at sparkplug replacement only the issue yesterday with the ignition fault light causing the toxic light.
